From a new product to the closing count, follow the actual steps inside ZhayPOS.

Access your workspace

Create an account through Get Started, or log in with your existing email and password. Follow the registration verification prompts.

Build your product catalog

Open Products and choose Add Product. Enter a name, cost and selling prices, initial stock, and a reorder point. A product image is optional.

A useful starting point: add a few products and check their prices before opening your first shift.

Keep stock in view

Search Products to find an item. Review stock quantities and low-stock alerts. Edit product details when they need to change.

Open your shift

Go to Shifts and select Start New Shift. Record your opening cash and confirm with Start Shift. An active shift is required to complete sales.

Build the cart. Check the payment.

Open Sales, add products, and adjust quantities. Review the total and tax, choose Complete sale, enter cash received, and check the change before confirming.

Return to the record

Use History to find completed transactions. Open a transaction for its receipt and item details. At the end of a shift, review expected cash and record your closing count.

Choose a period in Analytics to review revenue and product performance. Use the export controls to download records as CSV.
